Information the game keeps on your device
The game saves your level progress and your settings (music, sound, day or night look, color aid). This data stays on your device. We do not receive it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location, and the game has no user accounts.
Advertising
The game is free and shows ads. Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay mediation and the ad networks it works with, such as Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. Consent is collected with Google's User Messaging Platform. To show and measure ads, these services may automatically collect:
- your device's advertising ID and app set ID;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size;
- your IP address and an approximate location derived from it;
- interactions with ads (impressions, clicks, installs) and technical diagnostics such as crash and performance data.
They use this information to choose and show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where the law allows and you have agreed, personalize ads. Their handling of your data is described in their own policies:
- Unity (LevelPlay, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads): https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Google (User Messaging Platform): https://policies.google.com/privacy
All of this data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your choices
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (the wording depends on the device). Without it, ads are not personalized.
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before showing ads, and you can change your choice at any time with the privacy button (i) on the main menu.
- Deletion: uninstalling the game removes all the data it saved on your device. To ask an ad network about data it holds, use the contact options in its privacy policy, or contact us and we will help.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
